Our approach to leadership training and coaching begins with a thorough evaluation of each participant, through personal interviews to identify current skill sets and strengths. The program is delivered through monthly sessions of 5-6 hours, in which participants engage in interactive presentations, group discussions, and practical exercises. Following each session, participants receive supplementary materials and an assignment to apply the session's topic in their own work context. To further enhance the learning experience, we also offer specialized sessions, utilizing role-playing and simulated scenarios based on real-life situations proposed by the participants
